Earlier this morning, a transformer went out near the Winnsboro Junior High. This has caused the internet to go down completely. The phones at each of the campuses are not working at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working with the local power agency to get this issue resolved.
This week, our brilliant 4th-grade students took center stage in their science class as they proudly present their incredible robot projects! From brainstorming to building, these young innovators poured their creativity and knowledge into crafting amazing robots.

What a spooktacular day we are having celebrating Halloween with our amazing students and staff! From the creative costumes to the fun decorations, it is a day filled with so much fun and laughter. On Wednesday, November 8, WISD will be closed to enable our students and staff to travel to San Antonio in support of our Raider Band as they compete in the state band contest. It's a momentous occasion for our school community, and we want to show our unwavering support for their incredible achievement in qualifying for the state competition.
Normal school activities will resume on Thursday, November 9. This closure is a testament to the value we place on recognizing and supporting our students' exceptional endeavors.
