ATTENTION RED RAIDER RESERVED SEATING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:
Ticket renewal emails will be sent at approximately 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, to all of our 2023 Football Reserved Seating Season Ticket holders. The email will contain a link that will allow you to purchase the same season tickets that you purchased last year for the 2024 Football Season.
You will have until 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23, to purchase your tickets. If they are not purchased, they will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, July 23.
Reserved Seating Season Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23. Additional information will be posted when tickets go on sale to the general public.

The NTCC Adult Education and Literacy Program will be offering FREE Fast Track GED and Computer Literacy classes this summer (details on attached flyers). Registration begins this Saturday, June 22 through Monday, July 8 by appointment only. Classes begin Tuesday, July 9.
WISD is thrilled to partner with Northeast Texas Community College for the Work4College Program! This amazing initiative allows students to gain valuable work experience at WISD during the summer while earning money towards their college tuition.

The due date for the Honors Biology summer assignment has been extended to July 22.
The summer work assignment for Honors Biology has been updated to included missing pages and is available for pick-up at the High School Office. The office is open Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.- 3 :30 p.m. Please pick-up your updated packets as soon as possible! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Power has been restored to all WISD campuses! All activities, including summer school, will resume at their normal times tomorrow. Thank you for your patience!

Attention High School Parents and Students: Payments for NTCC summer 1 classes are due Wednesday, May 29th. Payments can be submitted through the NTCC Student Portal.
Important Graduation Ceremony Update!
Due to the threat of severe inclement weather, WISD administration has made the decision to move the Class of 2024 graduation ceremony to 6:30 PM. As of right now, the ceremony will take place at the Rugged Red Stadium. Tickets will not be needed to enter the stadium, and gates will open at 5 PM.
If anything changes, we will post updated information on the WISD website and social media pages.

Attention WHS Class of 2024 and Families!
In the event of severe inclement weather, tomorrow's graduation ceremony will be moved to the WHS Gym. All seniors must pick up their 8 tickets for their guests at the High School Office between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Tickets are ONLY needed if the ceremony is moved to the gym. If the ceremony takes place at the stadium, tickets will not be required.

WHS Class of 2024 Graduation will begin at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 24 at the Rugged Red Football Stadium. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. The home parking lot will be open for guest parking. Handicapped parking is available in the east parking lot located in front of the baseball fields behind the visitors bleachers. Both gates will be open and no admission or tickets are necessary. Congratulations to the Red Raider Class of 2024!!!!!
Winnsboro ISD WILL SERVE UP GOOD NUTRITION FOR LOCAL CHILDREN THIS SUMMER. Winnsboro ISD will provide children 18 years-old and younger and those enrolled WISD students with disabilities up to 21 years old with healthy, no cost summer meals.
We will be serving at the following locations :
Winnsboro High School – May 28th – June 13 (M-Th)
Breakfast 7:30-10:00 AM Lunch 11:00 – 12:30 PM
Winnsboro Elementary - June 13th – June 22nd (M-Th)
Breakfast 7:30-10:00 AM Lunch 11:00 – 12:30 PM
Winnsboro High School ONLY June 17th -19th and June 24th – 26th

The WISD Education Foundation presented WISD with $30,060 to fund the 2024 teacher grants during today's school board meeting! Thank you so much to this great group of volunteers!!
Senior acitivites are in full swing as we are now in the last month of the school-year. This week the class of 2024 went to area businesses to register for gifts, get sweet treats, and learn some financial life skills!
Winnsboro Memorial Intermediate students had a great time on their field trip this week!
