During a special called meeting Monday night, Winnsboro Independent School District Board Members approved the hire of Joshua Finney to serve as Head Football Coach of the Rugged Red Raiders and Charles “Robert” Cochran to serve as Head Basketball Coach for the Lady Raiders.
